Before processing any withdrawal, bk345 may require you to submit a copy of your National ID Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and any additional documentation required to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by bk345 may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Self-Exclusion

This includes exploiting RNG patterns, coordinating bets in live casino games to guarantee outcomes, and any form of participation in match-fixing or event manipulation in relation to sports betting markets. bk345 uses monitoring systems to detect collusion and reserves the right to void affected bets and close implicated accounts without prior notice.
6.3 Chargebacks and Disputes
